Prepare for Pickup or Shipment
Ensure all furniture is disassembled if necessary and placed back in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals.
Inspection Process
Once the item reaches our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our resale standards and is free of damage.
Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees, within 7-10 business days.
